How do I get the SMS password? Top
    After you have registered a wireless number on our website, we will send an SMS password via a text message to your SunCom phone. You need this password in order to receive ring tones or graphics.

    1-Way Text Messaging allows your wireless handset to receive a text message via email. Most of our rate plans include this feature. However, if this feature is not included, it will be billed 10¢ per message at the end of the month.
If there's a problem receiving ringtones and/or graphics, what should you do? Top
    Please contact our 24-hour Customer Care Department toll free by dialing 611 from your wireless phone in order to verify that you have our 1-way Text Messaging feature. In addition, our Technical Support Department will be able to view a copy of the password forwarded to you within 24 hours.

    If you are receiving an error message stating, "You have entered an invalid phone number or password, please try it again", please contact our 24-hour Customer Care Department toll free by dialing 611 from your wireless phone for further assistance.
