To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, shipping address and credit card information. For new service plan orders we will require you to submit your social security number and driver's license to process a real-time credit check. SunCom will not share your e-mail, address, credit card, social security number or shopping activity with other parties.

With our customer's permission, SunCom may use e-mail as a way to communicate with our customers. It is our intention to only send our customers e-mail communications that will be useful, such as providing information about special offers, order status and billing statements. Our customers will be provided the choice to opt-out of future e-mails by following the instructions provided in each e-mail.
